10 Tips for Self-Care in Quarantine
Due to the global pandemic, many in our travel community are in isolation. For many of us, introverts and extroverts, this can be incredibly stressful and it can be hard to care for your physical and mental well being when you’re alone. Here are 10 tips for self-care in quarantine.
10 Tips for Self-Care in Quarantine
1. Stick to a schedule.
2. Observe your regular grooming habits.
Take a shower every morning. Wash your hair every other day. Brush your teeth, girl! It’ll go a long way to helping you feel normal and less sluggish.
3. Wear clean clothes.
4. Give yourself two or three things to do every day that aren’t in front of a screen
5. Open a window to air out your living space and to get some fresh air!
Getting a whiff of fresh air can do wonders for your mind and body when you’re cooped up indoors all day.
6. Talk to someone outside of your house once a day.
7. Check in on your other friends.
8. Don’t over indulge.
9. Get some exercise.
